Mistakes occasionally do happen, we are all human. In the case that an item needs to be returned, you can contact us by e-mail or Fax for a return authorization number. Items shipped back to us without an RMA will be returned to the customer. Please include the following information: Name, Address, Order #, and Reason for return. E-mail : jay@gmpartsnetwork.com Parts can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned parts and canceled orders that have been processed. No refunds on parts that have been Installed or used, Special order, or Electrical parts. All parts returned must be in like new condition in their original box / packaging in resalable condition. Freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of returns. No refunds after 30 days. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier. Prices may change without notice. We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered parts, if you are unsure contact us immediately we will do whatever is necessary to assist you.
